Evelyn, who has owned American Cocker Spaniels since 1969, has awarded Kennel Club Challenge Certificates on three occasions, most recently at the American Cocker Spaniel Club of Great Britain Championship Show where she gave a first CC to Monica Boardman's Am Ch San Jo's Born to Party, who subsequently won the Gundog Group at Crufts in 2008. She has also judged a two day speciality show in Russia and is a Group and Best in Show judge at Open Show level.

Hilary's judging appointments have included two Championship shows (without CCs), the American Cocker Spaniel Club of Great Britain Open Show. Awarded CCs for the first time at Midland Counties 2011.
In September 2006 they both judged at the Detroit Cocker Spaniel Club. Photos of some of the main winners can be viewed below.
